Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Trendy-Kay Collections LTD, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Show no signs of damage, stains, odors, or alteration.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and exchange delivery costs.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing trendykaycollectionsltd@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item received
A description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have entered processing or shipping and can no longer be cancelled.
